Sunstar Engineering divests the Motorcycle Aftermarket Business in Europe and the Americas

Sunstar Engineering is focusing its motorcycle business in Europe and the Americas by placing greater strategic focus on the OEM operations and divesting the Aftermarket business.

As a result of the global alignment to accelerate growth, the Aftermarket business – mainly consolidated under the Braking brand - will become part of Sefo as of October 1st. Sefo is a manufacturer of components for road-racing motorbikes which looks forward to welcoming the team and the Braking brand into their business.
